    Lyft Customer Service Lied to Me

    Lyft has a mandatory Alabama Inspection that I took assuming I was going to work with them again once I passed. I came out of pocket $340 which I couldn’t afford to spend just to get new tires and pass my Alabama Inspection. I did all of that just for them to tell me that I now need to pass a background check, and since the courts are closed that would be a month from now. I emailed them for my $340 back because that’s something they could’ve made known on their app but they didn’t. Now they’re not responding back.

    Lyft Customer Service Lied to Me

    my problems started after I return the Hertz rental for the express drive program of I put my $250 deposit down August 7th to 2019 and I have the vehicle all the way up until May 14th 2020 I only turned in the vehicle because I kept getting texts an email saying that Lyft and Hertz was no longer going to be working with each other so I went on and turned in the car to like not have a headache basically but that didn’t help because the way life is set up supposably they rent the cars from Mondays to Mondays through their system but Hertz I rented my vehicle from Thursday to Thursday I initially got my car on a Wednesday but because of the holidays and stuff like that Scott dates got mixed …

    Lyft Claim for Compensation

    10 AM 5/18/2020. I was picked up by driver Hung approximately 10 AM. AS HE TOOK ME TO MY DESTINAtION I informed him I wanted a round trip drive. he stated I needed to put in 2 destinations and he would show me how to do that on my phone. When I arrived at my destination T informed Hung I would be back in less than 2 minutes. I went into the store and he left immediately which was recorded by the camera of business. My cell phone was in Hungs vehicle. I was left stranded. I had to beg people for a ride in 90 degree heat for about 1 hour before someone agreed to take me home for 20 dollars.
