The company said we would get $88 for one trade in plus $100 when you got a new phone with them and another $56 for another trade in with another $100 again when switched. I paid off Verizon phones of 200 bucks so I could move both phones to spectrum. The rep had messed up the first time with the trade in so I had to send the new phones back in order to do the transaction again so I could get the trade in deal. They charged me $100 restocking fee. The manger said she will credit my cable bill not give the money back on the credit card. After a 14 day wait we started the transaction again. Company is promising upgrades for phones once a certain payment is met. However, once you attempt to upgrade your device, the system crashes and is unable to process the upgrade. I attempted 4 times in store and 4 times over the phone.

I recently signed up with Spectrum Mobile and chose an iPhone 8 as my phone. I was informed that I may exchange said phone for an iPhone X with no additional charges, except the price of new phone, and what I already paid in monthly fees for iPhone 8. I had iPhone 8 for ~2 weeks, and kept it in meticulous condition (always protected in case and stopped bringing it outside once I knew it was going to be exchanged). Spectrum charged me $350.00 and claims phone was water damaged and cracked. I have pictures of phone and box before I sent it via FedEx and their return label. I have tried to contact company numerous times with resolution to the matter.
