    As a single mother whom chose to move to Washington state for a better life only 4 months ago, I sent for my oldest son C. Brown to visit for the holidays. I could not afford the round trip cost so I purchased his tickets separately. He arrived at the Seattle airport and was told his personal bag was too big and he needed to pay for the bag which he did. They checked his bag. When he arrived in Atlanta Heartsfield Jackson he was picked up and transported home to Rome Ga. once home my son opened his bag and his shoes where stolen. He is a boy that loves shoes and has over 400 dollars worth of shoes in his bag. They want him to drive back to the airport which is a hour and a half away to file

    I called Spirit Airlines to change my flight date and they charged me $444 when I didn’t agreed with it, because I heard the costumer service representative saying “$144”. I would like to have a refund asap!

    Spirit Complaint

    Spirit Airlines overbooked our flight from Lima to DFW last night, January 4, 2020, which resulted in missing the connecting flight in Fort Lauderdale this morning, January 5, 2020. We are currently stranded in Fort Lauderdale for two days until they have availability to get us back to DFW, with no compensation for hotels, food or any other costs incurred. The principal cause of the delayed flight from Lima was that after everyone had boarded, and the flight was ready to depart, Spirit staff onboard called out an offer of $1,000 voucher for someone to leave the flight and stay in Lima.     Spirit service wasn’t what I was promised and they won’t let me cancel

    Intentionally made my family and I miss our flight by not allowing us to get cleared at their front desk. Offered us a non-guaranteed spot in another flight two days after my intention flight. Had to pay well over $2,000 to buy new tickets entirely.

    Breaking the ACAA and ADA for disabled passenger. Immobilized leg. Stuck me in a seat on the aisle where I could not protect or bend my leg and it was run over and stepped on and a stewardess ran it over with the cart. They claimed they are not required to put me in a seat with more leg room that I have to pay for it. They continue to only allow me to be in the 4th or 5th rows which I cannot be in because of leg injury.
