    Sprint Misled by sales reps who overcharged me and won’t let me cancel

    Trouble with amount of bill being overcharged, twice. Texts being sent but not received until 1 hr later a number of times. On phone for 1 hr at least twice, and over 2hrs, being transferred back and forth to different departments sometimes disconnected and not called back. Having to go into store where first signed up because couldn’t do over phone. Then store fixing but not being able to credit something so had to call again to another department to get credit which had to be broken up into 2 parts (over 2 months) to credit on bill.     Sprint Won’t let me cancel

    I changed from Sprint to ATT on April of 2019 in order to do so I had to cancel my lines for Sprint in order to activate my SIM cards in my ATT phones, it took me three attempts and each time I informed Sprint that I was canceling my service. They told me that I had to pay the remaining lease amounts for the phones that I was leasing, the remainder of my current bill and return the devices which I did at a Sprint store and I still have the receipt. I and the store rep spoke with Sprint customer service and reiterated that I was canceling my service and asked them to tally up the remaining amount of the leases on the devices and the remainder of the current bill, which they did and I paid the

    Sprint leased me a phone LG G8x thinQ dual screen 12/27/2019.Sales rep mentioned me, my second screen will arrive within 30 days of purchase. LG approved my claim and promised me to send 2nd screen ASAP. Today is 12/20/2020 . Sprint or LG didn’t communicated till now.     My wife works for a Non-Profit in Southern California, it entitled us to a 20% discount. Sprint decides that my plan of 13 years does not qualify and put the non profit promo into effect at 18% (Thanks for nothing).

    Sprint wrongly sent my account to collections and hurt my credit score

    I have been back and forth with Sprint customer service since December 2019. I cancelled services within 14 days of signing up due to dissatisfaction with service and 1 of my numbers wasn’t transferred over to the account. I returned my devices to Sam’s club 12/27/2019. I have the receipts. Since then I’ve received numerous Bill’s in different amounts. I have opened many cases d/t descprepencies. One excuse your company had was there is still one active line on the account which is a lie because tmobile never released the port and it wasn’t transferred.
