    Sprint Bad Customer Support

When switching over to Sprint we were told our bill would be $170 I even have proof of the pricing on screenshots. We were told in the store that if we put money down it would help it be even cheaper. Later when the bill was due for $270. I contacted asked why and was told it may take a month or two for the discounts to start coming off. I go with it. Then months later still no change! It is then figured out that by us putting money down like we were told we needed to cancelled out the promotion prices on our phones. Sprint has a recorded phone conversation with the employee admitting he done the paper work wrong. Sprint customer service said they would fix it. Here we are almost a…

    Sprint Bad Customer Support

Have been charged for a line and iPhone 11 lead on a non existent phone as well as the line (phone number assigned to it) since November 23rd to March 23rd. They acknowledge I have been over charged and have had at least 30 phone calls regarding disputed case but still charges have not been taken off.

    Sprint Bad Customer Support

I have been on seasonal stand-by with Sprint since August of 2019 when my phone was confiscated by authority and not returned to me. I had been paying approx. $30/month. I planned to stay on stand-by and renew it when necessary until the plan was paid off and then I planned to buy the device at fair market value. In February, I was charged $75.76 and when I called to ask why, they told me that seasonal standby was no longer available, which I had not been informed about at the beginning of 2020. I asked what it would cost to pay off the plan AND device and I was told $319. I paid that and I was then sent to retention who informed me that after the $319, I still had a few months of payment…

Sprint Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

Constant service interruptions, Major issues with phones (all three I have used). My job requires a constant internet connection. Each time I call sprint to inquire about my issues they act as if it’s the first time I’ve called. Nobody I talk to has any clue about my vast account history including chats, emails, calls etc. I have to keep calling each month and I’m sick of it. Nothing but issues now for over 3 years.

    Sprint Lied About the Price

I was told a discounted plan and a discounted phone. I signed up and turns out out there’s $25 subsidize fee for every line added to the plan if you get discounted phone. It turns out you can only get one discount. I think I am paying more because some phones i got were cheaper and cost me more because I left another service where I am probably saving more. Then, they offer $5 for automatic payment so maybe so you dont have to check your statement because all of these hidden charges.

Sprint Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

Sprint advertised a “Black Friday Deal” on or about November 2019 wherein if you trade-in an eligible iPhone you would receive an iPhone 11 for a refunded lease payment of $26 (approximately). I made an appointment at the Sprint store for November 29, 2019, in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. They did not have the correct phone number associated with the correct device. They could not or would not fix this issue. But they gave me the iPhone 11. I signed up for the promotion. The next bill I received did not have the lease credit on it. I went to the Sprint store in December, I was told they didn’t know how to fix the problem with the incorrect phone number being associated with t…
