    Suntrust Bank has allowed ofther companies to change fees on my account aleast three to four times between 2018,2019 and 2020 without any legitimate explanation!!! I have received only goggle information on the phone with a little lack of sympathy!! I am still charged various over draft fees of $36.00 each and the only way they are removed is if I ask!!

    I have exhaustive letters with dates times and people I’ve spoken to that I’m happy to provide. Long story short, In September 2019 I was contacted by Suntrust to verify a suspicious purchase. I was not making said purchase, so the card in question was shut down, I destroyed it, I changed all of my online banking details, and received a new debit card 2 weeks later. Fast forward to December 2019 and I noticed a pending charge for Amazon that I did not make (reoccurring Prime subscription, however my prime subscription renews in August, and is for a different amount).     SunTrust misled me with false advertising and sales reps

    suntrust expediting my funds that i won from the lottery I recently won the lottery and started the process of closing on my home. I went to cash the check at the suntrust bank and was told i had to deposit which was a lie. The check as not suppose to be deposited it, lottery banks with suntrust so it is a “on us” check the fund could be verified and cashed. Suntrust closed the account down the next day a froze my funds, they told me they would close the account for 5 days and then release the funds by check after 7-20 days.     SunTrust overcharged me and wouldn’t let me cancel, then wrongly sent account to collections and impacted my credit score

    It started about three months ago when SunTrust randomly gave $1252.38 of my money to Sprint. I called sprint and they said they did not drafted and I do not always in that money which I already knew and told SunTrust SunTrust would not give me the money back till after seven days. In the meantime they forced me to open a new account and which I transferred $1200 to that night that it was opened on the phone and they proceeded to lose that money and give it to other people it took them another seven days to even figure out where they sent my money.     This is a complaint against SunTrust bank and it’s unscrupulous,inhuman and unethical business practices. SunTrust bank is closing my checking and savings account without giving me any notice or reason why they are closing my account and they are not letting me access my account whatsoever and they also blocked my debit card for me not to spend my own I repeat my own money.
