    AT&T Customer service lied to me about price and charged me after cancellation

    I signed up with att when an “in home sales expert” came to my home stating that he can get me a good deal. He proceeded to ask me questions of who I’m currently using and what my bill was. After telling him who my current wireless provider was and that I was spending $200 for 2 lines he then said he could get me a buy one get one free offer and my bill would be $170 with unlimited everything. I was pretty impressed by the offer and couldn’t resist especially if one of the phones would be free. So I signed up and that’s where I messed up.     Straight Talk Wireless or Walmart Family Mobile Claim for Compensation

    I have been using my straight talk phones hotspot with no problems until this month. As soon as I loaded a new monthly plan my hotspot stopped. I called in and was told I had reached my data usage. I haven’t run out of data using it all month, so I find it impossible that this month I used it up in less than 12 hours!

    AT&T Customer service lied to me

    I joined att in march with two lines on a bogo offer. In September of this year, I ported out one line because I needed unlimited and unfortunately atts price was too high. Prior to the port out, I told them, I know both phones are on installments but If i still have one line and the when the full amount gets billed, will i be able to make payments on it. I was told yes by several employees on the phone and online.

    DISH Network Claim for Compensation

    I been charged with PPV charges that I promise I didn’t ordered. Every time i call them they say “we understand a mistake could happen when you operating the remote control” I seriusly believe that the 3rd party tech or somebody have access to my satellite receiver card or something. I did what they told me set up purchasing restrictions on my tv’s. Still getting expensive ppv charges. If I try to cancel the service I will be penalized with an earluy termination fee $400.     Charter Spectrum Customer service lied to me

    I have been a LA cable customer since 1995. I travel outside the USA 5-7 months per year for that entire period. I placed a “Seasonal Hold” in January 2019 this year which is usually valid for up to 12 months. I asked for a hold to be placed between February til September of this year. While traveling abroad I discovered that Spectrum Charter cancelled my hold and billed me 2 months totalling over $360 for cable, internet and phone service I never used. SC says I cancelled the hold and would not budge on a reduced rate when I said let’s split the difference 50/50. 5 months later still and impasse. I want to cancel service and return cable box that has not been used for 10 months yet charged
