    United gave me a $500 ETC and I can’t use it. I’ve tried 3 times. First time I purchased a ticket last year. When I reached the payment point on the United website. There was supposed to be an option to use said certificate. There was not. So I called United and they said they would refund the $500 off my airfare I already paid. I took the flight traveling round trip but no refund ever appeared. I call United again. They said. It was never processed but couldn’t tell me why that was???     United didn’t deliver what they promised

    We booked a flight home from Turks & Caicos to Cleveland, first class. They ended up changing the type of plane on us, which had 3 rows of first class instead of 4 rows (we were in row 4). We got bumped from the flight which means we would have missed our connecting flight. They were able to accomodate us and get us into coach, but we did not have time to discuss any terms as if we did not board the plane right then, we would have missed our flight. The gate agent told us they would pay us $300/ticket (2 tickets) for the issues, but we only received a $500 credit to be used on another united flight before dec 2020.     My daughter Diana ***** traveled 2 times with United airline with the dog. On 12/20/2019, she flown from Albany to Chicago . On 12/24/2019 she would fly to Germany with her sister Sophia ***** to Germany. Both time, she traveled with the same dog. United personnel cancel her flight to Germany because the dog. There was no problem with the flight from Albany to New York. What is the problem to fly to Germany?     I booked flights for Christmas vacation on October 2019 for myself and my son and was bringing a dog from MFR to MNL. When I made the booking I called into United reservations and the person I spoke to made my booking, charged me $125 for the dog and said to just bring her to the counter 2 hours before my flight to check in.     I have booked a united airline flight from indianapolis, US to Bangalore,india through a agency. The main carrier is united airline which will operate the connecting flights in between. Due to delay in flight departure at Newark airport lead to a cancellation of connecting flight in Hong Kong which was supposed to take off after the united airlines arrived.
