I am told that the service is unlimited and it’s not true. I also have noticed if you are late making payments your service is very poor. Since the pandemic I haven’t made a payment, and everyday I’m having to call about service not working. This has happened with other Verizon customers. Our account was hacked in January. They sent a phone to them in AZ. I live in WA. I’ve been in for help many times….except lately of course I cannot. I can’t do court due to work. They have added crazy charges that were never taken off. They think I didn’t return a phone but that is not the case. I did buy a brand new phone, it was a lemon so I got a replacement. I sent that lemon back no problem immediately when I got the box. What they are failing to see, other than the manager at a branch here, is that I did return it!! And that the problem is the phone that was fraudulently ordered on my account. Fees are adding up, will be turned off in June. We’ve been EXCELLENT CUSTOMERS since 2005.

Around 2019 February. I had try make order to upgrade my phones but I’m never received the phones and now they charge me for both lines and now I got 4 lines and I owned 2 lines but they don’t want take the other two phones off because I told them I didn’t order the phones and now I’m paying for the phones that I don’t have so I want some of my money back and get other two lines off my plans

PurchasedI purchased brand new I have had numerous problems. Contract states,” unlimited service” but connections are unacceptably slow. Phone microphone does not work well repeatedly told to reset phone, no solution.

Going on three years. I put a 1,000.00 down payment on a new iPhone X. The down was paid through my B of A. They have since let my bill get to over 600.00. I have four hundred plus they have misplaced.

Starting on Thursday, May 21st we lost internet and tv service through Verizon. We have 4 people working from our home bc of the pandemic. They could not work on Friday bc no internet. We called customer support And we’re told that everything would be fixed by first 12:15am on Friday night then it changed to 1:15am. The next morning we checked at 5:30am, nothing. We called again and were told that everything would be fixed by 4:15 PM that day. Nothing, no service, nothing working we’re in a pandemic we have no TV no Internet. They gave up gave my information to the wrong customer who stole my SIM card and they retrieved all my phone records to try and use them against me they allowed this person that committed identity theft against me to call and shut my one of my phone’s off every weekend they also gave this person that stole my information all my phone records then when my tablet was stolen and my phone was stolen they said that I didn’t have insurance at the time that I canceled it and they will not replace it when both of those items were paid for so they shut my service off continue to charge me and will not replace my devices now I can’t get cell phone service anywhere I demand to get replaced the items…
