    AT&T Wrongly Sent Account to Collections or Impacted My Credit Score

    On or around 2017. I added a line to my phone at ATT. I was talked into adding Direct TV. I was then told I was eligible for a bundle with digital life for $1.00 a month. When my bill came I was charged. I went back to ATT and was told the cycle required up to 3 months but the bill would adjust. After 3 months the bill did not adjust and I was sent to collections. I went back to ATT but the salesperson was no longer there. No one could assist as the matter was in collections. I tried to cancel the service.     Metro by T-Mobile Customer Service Lied to Me

    In 2018 I ported over my number to metro from boost and was given a special off for porting over with amazon prime and never could use amazon. I spent months calling in, and would get people not in the US and who never cared about my concern. It’s 2020 now and still no amazon prime. Metro even had me call amazon and cancel my account directly that way we start over and it was never completed. I didn’t even understand why I had to call them in the first place. I really need help cause my money is not appreciated nor me as a customer.

    AT&T Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    Left AT&T in November 2019 due to lies and mismanagement of family plan causing great distress to my elderly mother and father. A bill remained that got pushed onto my account that still remains even though it was not directly mine. The bill is still on my account to this day and collections still attempts to collect while hurting my credit.
    Fast forward to January 2020 I returned to AT&T only to have major security issues occur that to this day have not been resolved to the point that fraud was involved on more than one account.
