    AT&T Wrongly Sent Account to Collections or Impacted My Credit Score

    On or around 2017. I added a line to my phone at ATT. I was talked into adding Direct TV. I was then told I was eligible for a bundle with digital life for $1.00 a month. When my bill came I was charged. I went back to ATT and was told the cycle required up to 3 months but the bill would adjust. After 3 months the bill did not adjust and I was sent to collections. I went back to ATT but the salesperson was no longer there. No one could assist as the matter was in collections. I tried to cancel the service.     Wells Fargo Mortgage Company Customer Service Lied to Me

    When the company sent me the April 30 letter, it did not state the first time that this issue happened. Wells Fargo Mortgage Company stated in the letter that W.F.M. had been applying my “on-time” payment late and sent information to the three credit reporting agencies information that my payments were late each month. My credit score dropped very low and every big-ticket item that I purchased had a higher interest rate attached to it.

    AT&T Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    Left AT&T in November 2019 due to lies and mismanagement of family plan causing great distress to my elderly mother and father. A bill remained that got pushed onto my account that still remains even though it was not directly mine. The bill is still on my account to this day and collections still attempts to collect while hurting my credit.
    Fast forward to January 2020 I returned to AT&T only to have major security issues occur that to this day have not been resolved to the point that fraud was involved on more than one account.

    Well first off I paid 200$ and they set me up for a date to come out and hook up my stuff well that day comes around no phone call or anything so I call the next day and asked well how come no one showed up to hook up my service and they said I owed 200$ again I said well I’ve already paid that and even emailed them a copy and they said no you owed 400$ and you only paid 200 $ well I paid another 200$ and guess what same thing happened again and still no service
