Citibank Claim for Compensation

CitiBank closed my Citi Dividend Platinum Select MasterCard account which I’ve had for 21 years, since 1999. In all those years, I was never late with a payment. CitiBank provided no notice that they planned to take this action and did not give me any opportunity to respond. CitiBank took this action only because I had a large unused line-of-credit. This is exactly the same action CitiBank took in 2008 after the Financial Crisis when CitiBank lowered Customers’ line-of-credit to the then-current balance.
