This company allows you to cancel a new contract within the first 30 days of taking out a policy. If you are within that 30 day window you can qualify for a full refund of any contract fees you have paid as long as you haven’t used any of their products.
After the first 30 days of having an account, you can still cancel but how difficult it is and how much you pay in fees is based on the specific terms and conditions of your account.
When you are ready to cancel your account, you can choose to do so over the phone or via email. When you cancel you will need:

Ask that they tell you about their cancellation process. They will have to find your account and provide that information to the representative after going over what the fees might be based on the account you have.
You can also draft an email requesting that your account be closed. For this, you will need to include your account information and send it to cancellationsupport@firstAM.com.
Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your cancellation request via email, you can call 1-800-992-3400, then press 2. Once you get connected to a representative make sure you get a confirmation number or confirm that you have received a confirmation email.
Always keep any cancellation documents on file in case there are problems or disputes later, such as problems getting a refund you deserve.
