  • If you are overseas, you can use Skype or other voice apps to call that same U.S. number or dial the toll-free number for the country and carrier where you are stationed. You can find a list of international numbers on their website

If you need to report fraud, a lost or stolen card, or suspicious activity, you can use the app or call 1-888-842-6328 24 hours per day.

For help with Navy Federal online bill pay, you can call 1-888-560-8031 7 a.m. through 1 a.m. eastern time.

Mortgage Services

For mortgage applications, you can call 1-888-842-6328, Monday through Saturday from 7 a.m. until midnight eastern time or on Sundays from 9 a.m. until midnight Eastern Time. If you need help with mortgage Servicing, you dial the same number, and after authenticating, you say the word “mortgage” when prompted.

**Borrowers have the right to resolve issues or request information, but error notices or requests for any loans or mortgages must be accepted in writing. When you send your report in writing, you must include your name, account number, and the explanation or reason for the error or correspondence. 

Certificate and IRA Services

This number is available with live representatives from 7:30 a.m. until 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. through 6:30 p.m. on Sunday. For help with Navy Federal Investment Services or Navy Federal Financial Group, you can call 1-877-221-8108 8:30 a.m. through 7 p.m. Eastern Time Monday through Friday.

Business Solutions

If you need help with Business Solutions, you can call 1-877-416-1462 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. through 5 p.m. eastern time. If you need to speak with a collections specialist, the number is 1-800-336-3767, and they are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. If you still have issues with Navy Federal and customer service hasn’t helped you, you have some legal alternatives. You can file a complaint against Navy Federal. Your user agreement probably prevents you from joining class-action lawsuits, but you can still see them in small claims court. Alternatively, you can use binding arbitration and file an official dispute against Navy Federal when customer service doesn’t resolve your problem.
