Altice headlines: Altice, Suddenlink FlexAbility Alllows Subscribers to Mix it Up with Internet, TV, and Mobile

Subscribers of Altice’s Optimum and Suddenlink brands now have increased flexibility in internet, video and mobile service plans with FlexAbility options.

The company has three different options, including Optimum FlexAbility for Internet, FlexAbility for TV and FlexAbility for Mobile. Customers choosing any of these options can upgrade or downgrade service without penalties or extra fees.

Optimum FlexAbility for Internet enables subscribers to choose 1 Gbps, 500 Mbps, 300 Mbps or 100 Mbps speeds. Altice says that combining the optimized speeds with WiFi 6 enables comprehensive, whole-home coverage.

FlexAbility for TV offers a Broadcast Basic plan that focuses primarily on news, as well as other options that focus on sports, entertainment, lifestyle and kids. The pricing includes a primary set-top box rental fee but no separate programming surcharges. Stream, a streaming service that provides access to 50 free live channels and streaming apps, also is available.
