Bloomberg Law on Citibank: Citi Hires IBM’s Rugg to Head Digital Assets for Treasury Unit

From Bloomberg Law:

Citigroup Inc. hired Ryan Rugg from International Business Machines Corp. to oversee the bank’s work with digital assets inside its treasury unit.

Rugg was most recently head of the Americas blockchain team for IBM after spending more than a decade on Wall Street earlier in her career, according to a memo to staff Tuesday. She will be based in New York and report to Carol Grunberg, global head of partnerships and innovation for the treasury and trade solutions unit.
