• Comcast is valued at $127 billion. • Stan Kroenke is worth $13 Billion • The Rams are valued at $6 Billion • Sofi Stadium $5 Billion • Arsenal FC $2.8 Billion • The Nuggets $1.725 Billion • The Avalanche $630 Million • The Rapids $370 Million • They’re paying Nikola $270 million • They’re paying MacKinnon $100.8 million
Additionally, the Kroenke’s want to create the Wynkoop Promenade to “seamlessly connect Ball Arena, Mile High and Coors Field.” They also want to develop 55 acres of parking lots into a larger slice of downtown revenue for themselves (and the Waltons).
