Right now, if you sign up for a Sam’s Club membership with an annual fee of $45, you’ll get $120 in Uber credit. After you sign up, you should receive an email about redeeming the offer within three business days. The credit is split up into 12 vouchers of $10 apiece, and are sent once a month for 12 months. (Vouchers expire at the end of the month in which they are issued.)
