From The Dallas Morning News:
Having just sold Wells Fargo the land for its huge new Irving campus, Mirasol Capital is making its own big plans for an adjoining property.
The Dallas-based investment firm founded by RealPage founder Stephen T. Winn, Mirasol Capital sold Wells Fargo its site at West Las Colinas Boulevard and Promenade Parkway.

The Wells Fargo campus will be the largest office development in the Las Colinas Urban Center since the 1985 completion of The Towers at Williams Square high-rises just across the lake.
