Reduce your monthly bill

Keeping your monthly cost as low as possible starts with reviewing your bill. Staying on top of what Vivint charges you can save you time and money. When reviewing your statement, make sure to check the following:

  • Your charges reflect the amount that you agreed to pay
  • There are no unauthorized or fraudulent charges
  • You were given credit for promotions and/or reward programs

Promotional rates typically last 12 months.  After that time, you may be charged for the same services at a higher rate.  If you encounter any of the above issues, be sure to contact customer service for help.

Can I Take Advantage of any Discounts?

Vivint offers a few special programs and discounts to current and prospective customers.
