Vivint offers a few special programs and discounts to current and prospective customers.
If you have a child with intellectual or development disabilities, you may be eligible for a discount under the Vivint Gives Back plan. Discounts may vary based upon the products that you have including door locks, ping cameras, smart sensors, and motion detectors. These special rates apply to both new and continuing customers. If you refer a customer who activates service with Vivint, you may be eligible for a $200 credit to your account. The customer that you referred is eligible to receive a free doorbell camera. As the referring customer, your account must be in good standing and you are limited to $2,400 in total referral credits each year. This promotion is subject to change.
If you move and the new owners of your home would like to activate the Vivint system, you could be eligible for a referral credit.
While Vivint doesn’t offer a discounted plan, they do offer some special programs for those currently serving in the military. If you have been deployed on a temporary assignment, you can defer your payments for up to six months. If you are deployed to a location where Vivint does not provide service, you can cancel your service agreement as long as you show valid proof of deployment. If you are deployed in an area that Vivint serves, they will move your services at no cost to you.
Vivint offers other special offers from time to time. These can be special credits, discounts, or contests for using their specialized products or services. Check the Vivint website website or speak to customer service to find out if any special deals can save you money.
