My issue with 5th 3rd bank is that number wine I can’t get anything in a letter in black-and-white. I’ve been speaking to several different agents since June 2019, Each associate tells me I different suggestion on what I need to do is far as getting my account in positive.I gotThe vehicle in April 2018 in June or July 2018 I started making half payments for my karno I had been doing that for almost a year when I found out that you have to let 5th 3rd bank know ahead of time that your payments that you’re making are half payments for the month so they were supposed to go through claims and go through all of my payments in put them for each month they said they did that when I called to get a statusOn that process I was told that I had a lot of reversals on my account meaning some payments will reverse back to my Bank of America account in that’s why my account was inThe negative. I was then told by a representative from 5th 3rd to go through my bank statements and see where the accounts were reversed back into my count when I did that nothing had been reversed back into my Bank of America account I’ve been called 5th 3rd bank again and acts to speak to a representative for disputes about my count I was then told that I had to go through my bank Bank of America and they would have to dispute that the reversals never happened and for whatever reason I couldn’t do it and they couldn’t tell me why I couldn’t dispute My own account. My car was then repossessed in July 2019, I had gotten no correspondence about my car even being up for Repossession. I asked why hadn’ti received email or letter in the mail letting me know and they told me another representative told me that 5th 3rd bank does not send letters or correspondence through mail or email. So if I don’t call randomly about my account they can just do whatever with my car. Till this date I still don’t have any clarity on what’s going on in my account when I speak to someone they are very rude and they are very nasty. My bank, Bank of America did in fact call and spoke to someone in claims about my account because their thing was if the money had been reversed in my account and its not in there 5th 3rd owes me the money. Well when they called whomever they spoke to in disputes stated the money was never reversed and she’s not owed the money but they told me that and its on my bank statement that it was reversed but again when I try to speak to someone about it I can’t get to anyone they get nasty I asked for a supervisor they refused to send me to a supervisor it’s just on going Antics.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Revered all the late fees and refund my repossessions costs.I would prefer to refinance with another company
