T-Mobile Claim for Compensation

I received a text message from t mobile saying that the SIM card number on my t mobile account was changed and someone gained access to my phone number and hacked my email and accounts. T mobile had no record of the change being made they only saw that the SIM card number was Randomly different in the middle of the night, I had to call the next morning from another phone to put back my original SIM card back on my account and they realized that someone hacked their system. They are not providing me with security and let someone without a password or pin use a random system to change my phone number and gain access to my accounts, this person used my email to buy bitcoin
