T-Mobile Customer service lied to me

I was a victim of SIM Swap. My identity was stolen and multiple accounts were breached. The individual who did the SIM swap successfully accessed my Email and Coinbase account. They also tried to access my Gmail but where stopped. I reached out to T-Mobile via chat and the rep who spoke to me stated that a T-Mobile employee initiated this swap. She did not share any other information. I screenshot my conversation with the rep which shows the negligence of T-Mobile giving up my personal information which included my SS#.
