During Covid they would not let me cancel. By the time I was able to cancel they would not credit me for the 4 months I was a member and not able to use my service they told me they would extend my membership once they reopened. But I had already cancelled and moved to a location where they do not operate. I was also told I’d have to do some kind of complex legal filing to get my 49.99 for four months due to them filing bankruptcy. Not to mention the ten plus hours I spent trying to cancel and get money reimbursed. I was a member and paid my dues for years and that’s the loyalty I got at the end.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund me 49.99 a month for four months they were closed and would not let me close my account due to Covid.
