Charged me 2 years for cellphone insurance on 2 phones without my knowledge. I never requested it and it was never offered to me. I found out about it through a random text sent to the new phone I bought. Letting me know the insurance I was unaware of would now cover the new phone I bought.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
