Charter Spectrum Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

I do not receive continous internet service from Spectrum. My internet is continously interuptted and goes out. I have tried everything I can do to change my passwords and use Security Software but I am unable to conduct my daily business because of these issues. Spectrum Corporate has been aware of this.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Determine how my Internet computer, Ipad and Phone are being interupted in daily service. My photos are being altered by an individual online. My ability to listen to an online workshop was destroyed by an individual this morning so I could not buy the course to perform internet work. Anything that has to do with the Internet is being manipulated such as my credit cards which ate being made fraudulant. My photos are being manipulated and my printer settings as well.

The internet is being seen as “A GAME as another person logging in from Ilion , New York on my Internet line. This needs Investigation. I have been harrassed with foul language and pictures in my feed on the Internet in the meantime . I need this to be handled with respect to the fact that My EX husband is in Jail / Anthony ******* And would be proud to be behind this harrasment as I had to have orders of protection until he was incarcerated. This needs to be investigated seriously. I need and want to live a life free of internet harrassment. I deserve to have my freedom from him.
