PayPal Claim for Compensation

PayPal took 15,000 dollars approx. out of my accounts that have never been linked to them. This happened about 3 weeks ago. I just got some of my money back and the bank put it into a new account that already had 7,000 dollars in it. It was in there for less than 24 hours and PayPal over drew it by 1,000 dollars. So that is about 19,000 dollars they took AGAIN.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
They actually took about 20,000 dollars. So I want it all refunded and I want to be refunded all of the overdraft fees and be compensated for my inconvenience.
