Charles Schwab Hurt My Credit

What Charles Schwab did:
I 2 weeks ago I requested Schwab to send me 5000 dollars from my Scwab acct to my bank account. Instead they withdrew $5000 from my bank account ,wiping it out and putting me in the negative. 2 checks bounced. It took them 2 days to return my money. They did not send the 5000 dollars I had originally requested. This stook hours of phone calls to take care if. They were negligent and incompetent.
