What American Home Shield did:
I have a contract with AHS for my home , pool and spa. My pool blower quit working. It specifically states in my contract this is a covered item. I have spent over twenty hours on the phone with this company and I’ve taken 3 days off of work trying to get this resolved. I have been told by several people at the warranty company this was a covered item but the authorization department will not approve. Today I was told I would need to get a attorney to pursue this any further.
1. I would like to reimbursed for the cost of the warranty, The service call fees I have paid on all of my claims and reimbursed for all of the time I’ve spent on the phone. I value my time at $100 an hour.
They need to also pay a estimated $600 to cover the repair they are denying
