    AT&T Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    Left AT&T in November 2019 due to lies and mismanagement of family plan causing great distress to my elderly mother and father. A bill remained that got pushed onto my account that still remains even though it was not directly mine. The bill is still on my account to this day and collections still attempts to collect while hurting my credit.
    Fast forward to January 2020 I returned to AT&T only to have major security issues occur that to this day have not been resolved to the point that fraud was involved on more than one account.

    Cricket Wireless Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    I had been paying for service that I wasn’t receiving, which I complained about back in February & was never reimbursed like promised. This month due to the crisis we all enduring I wasn’t able to pay my bill @ once like I do every month. I enrolled in the bridge pay program. I paid 30$-25$-&20$ again I missed a 20$ payment for my 65$ monthly bill. I called spoke to a manager about the situation & nothing was done. Today is the 26th my bill is due on the 9th of each month & not even because I’m a old customer who is owed reimbursement no consideration was taken with my situation & was told nothing can b done until I pay a whole 65$ in full to restore my service.

    AT&T Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

    Opened account with 4 lines and 4 phones for unlimited service that I was promised to be below 180 per month. After 35 days, got a 700 dollar first bill, called and it showed I have a business account and a separate one. They merged the separate accounts into one and the manager, Tanner, promised to fix my issue. After 6 weeks of visits to the store, they told me they could not fix it and to call retention and threaten that I would leave. Customer service opened a fraud ticket based on the fact that I do not own a business with employees and that the account was set up wrongfully.     In March I had to move to my granddaughters way out in country. I had a straight talk plan but my carrier couldn’t service me out here. I saw yt?
