    I have been a Time Warner customer when it was bought over by Spectrum. y bill has increased from $39.99 to $59.99 this month.     Charter Spectrum Claim for Compensation

    We live in a rural area just outside St Louis Missouri in Wildwood Missouri. Last year they gave us a price quote of $4000 to run cable to our residence. They call it the customer contribution and it covers the construction costs associated with bringing it to our house. We passed.     Charter Spectrum Customer Service Lied to Me

    I have gotten slower than service I have been paying for since I started the account. This has gotten much worse recently. I have spent over 15 hours on customer support. They claim that unless I call in every day, they will not credit me for lack of service. However it takes hours on hold to reach anyone, and if you hang up before it doesn’t count. They have sent people out 5 times, who have done nothing except cause more problems. No one takes any responsibility.     How is charging customers, 3-weeks in advance, legal⁉️ It is in the User Agreement, but it smacks of price gouging. SC remotely disconnects your service if you do not comply, never offering payment & termination delays due to Covid-19.
