We signed up for Comcast Xfinity for my 77 yr old mother who has only $100 of expendable income each month. The representative at the Xfinity office said they could offer her basic cable for only $30 p month plus a hookup fee. We paid the start up fees and deposits in November 2019. As it turns out upon receiving our first bill, the monthly charges were $53.32 w no cable news or 24 hour networks other than shopping channels. My mother said she has no cable news channels like CNN or Weather channel despite renting their cable box for $5 p month . We were told those were part of the “basic” cable plan . I called Xfinity CS and was on hold 45 minutes. I’ll send you screenshot showing date and t

When I initially signed up for Comcast business they customer service specialist said I have 30 days to cancel the 2 year contract. I called the following week and canceled but was told I could not do so and was bound to the contract. I cancelled my personal WiFi and was charged to cancel that, while staying with the business WiFi. Now a year later called to cancel as I’m moving out of state and they don’t offer service where I am moving, they want to charge me a breech if contract of $650. I should not be penalized at this point.

Comcast overbilled me by charging me on two different cards without my consent or knowledge. They did this by billing me and my mother at the same time, who was the previous bill payer on the account. This has gone on for over a year. When I called in they claimed we were not overpaying, but we were each paying a part of the bill. This simply isn’t true because my plan as stated on the bill I receive each month is $39.99 a month. They have continuously charged her $54.99 and then will randomly credit my account $5. It took a while to figure out that this was even happening. But we have overpaid by a lot. They also charged me a cancellation fee, the person when I went into the store today sai

I sold my house 10/29/18. I called Comcast the 2nd week of Oct to discuss transfering service and learned in my conversation that Comcast does not service 95321 and there were no notes in their future plans to bring service to this area so clearly my only option was to cancel so I asked for the cancellation date to be 10/29/18. I moved myself with a bunch of animals so I was unable to return equipment on my departure date. I returned it when I cam back for a vist in late Jan, early Feb. Upon receiving an updated FICA score from my bank, I found Comcast had placed a derogatory claim on my credit report. This is prohibitting me from refinancing causing hardship. Comcast was not interes

This company is a bully! I have been literally in tears behind the outrageous behavior of Xfinity/Comcast. I have been overcharged. My services have been horrible and when you complain they disconnect the services remove devices deactivate equipment and so much more!! My latest is I was told several times and also reminded that we are on a recorded line with this new lie!! And I quote ” If you are bringing your own device up to 2 lines there is NO CREDIT CHECK PERIOD! NONE! NOT SOFT OR HARD! Unfortunately, that was a LIE I asked why would you need my SS number if that is the case? After 3 hrs I was then told the same thing again. Finally, I was told of it is just checked with Equifax to mak

When I signed up for my internet-only plan, nowhere on the website did it state that there would be additional usage fees if you went over 1000GB of data. Since April 2019 through February 2020, I have been charged $800 for additional internet usage of $10 per 50GB for the months of March 2019 to December 2019. I was never made aware that there was a GB usage cap on my plan. I used click to chat to find out why my bill was so high and I was told about the additional use charge. I asked what I could do about it and was told I could upgrade from my Performance Plus Internet plan of $69.99 to the Gigabit plan at $120 a month. I called customer service the next month to ask again and was told at

I was on vacation in Costa Rica and I was told by Xfinity Mobile that I could get an unlimited international data plan for $10 a month, so I continued to use my phone while on vacation. When I returned, I recieved a bill for an extra $300. When I spoke to numerous people at Xfinity, they all told me that even though the customer service agent lied, the charges were still valid and they couldn’t give me a refund.
