I cancelled my service with them on 2/7/2020 and since then I am getting daily huge pop up ads on my computer screen from them even though I had Ad Block put on my computer for this reason. It doesn’t matter, they bypass it. I am sick of this harassment, please make it stop.

I had Comcast until on the middle of 2016 then I have to renew for 2nd year I called Comcast and I asked them to gave me same deal which was 29.99 but they don’t give me I process my last payment and I asked them to cancel my account. After months I saw a bill send it to my mailbox and with higher charge because the make my internet seed higher, before was 100 MBPS and they make is 250 MBPS just to cost it on me even I was asking them to cancel and I have’t renew for another year. the subject is not about money I have paid donation for many organization but this is not right and hope they will understand and fix it.

Been trying to cancel for almost 3 months. Only option is to talk to a Cancellation Specialist, and they will not answer phones. sometimes waited more than an hour. No response to emails. Customer service is helpless with cancellations. Now they are sending collection letters.
