    hi, My name is Muhammad ****** and my issue started from January 13th, 2019, That day I received an email your payout is successfully complete but I was not driving uber.     I retired in 2017 , I’ve been driving Uber to make ends meet. I’m a 4.96 star driver with a 90 percent except rate and a 0 percent cancellation rate. I’ve applied for Lyft and haven’t been able to get approved. UBER just did a new background check Feb 2020. In Dec 2017 a fatal accident showed on new background check. I’ve been calling both companies and they won’t give a explanation of why I can not drive. The fatality accident that I had, I was hit by a drunk driver.28, while I was stopped in a parking lot and he traveled off the highway and hit me head on.he was deceased.

    they deactivated my account as a driver on Nov 1 2019 for no reason & after 80 calls and 30 letters they still won’t let me know why i was deactivated. I have been driving for them for over 8 years and I’m a gold driver the highest level one can achieve. I the last 8 years I have never been admonished or in bad standing. I want to sue them for $9,999 for lost wages and reputation. being reinstated as a driver again would also be considered and a step in the right direction

    Uber Complaint

    Uber will not adjust star ratings, which over time with enough 1 star ratings you can be let go from uber. I have had two passengers tell me they will give me a one star review unless I have sex with them. I reported this to uber and all they could do was block the passengers (and not remove the 1 star rating). My problem is that if I have enough passengers do this over time, I could potentially be fired over 1 star reviews by refusing to have sex with passengers. This doesn’t feel legal/right to me.
