My account was locked/suspended from a false accusation from a passenger and Uber is withholding her identity (I would to pursue legal action against her). Then when asked how about the progress of the “investigation”, I get told that my account isn’t locked because I refused service to a person with a “federally protected trait” (the original reasoning) but its locked because there were “multi…

Hi my name is Gregory ******. I’m an uber driver, senior citizen over 65 years old. My doctor from Cedar Sinai Hospital here in Los Angeles had me going self-isolation on March 17th 2020. I’ve been battling with Uber back and forth to receive a financial assistance that they promised drivers regarding the coronavirus outbreak. But the problem seems to be that they were only approving in my opinion why drivers as opposed to me being a black driver because why drivers was being approved with a handwritten note. In my case I have a doctor’s letter of approval from Cedar Sinai dr. Neely. So just trying to get some clarification and understanding about it all that’s the only way I can lean becau

On January 19, 2020 I referred my friend to work Uber. Uber said upon completion of 100 trips I would be paid $700 for the referral. On March 23, 2020 Uber sent me an achievement and confirmation via the app that the trips were completed and I was to be paid. I called Uber to follow up and they said that my account was inactive and payment would not be processed. I explained to many people that this is not my fault. Why would the opportunity to refer, check the status and messages that bonus was earned if I was inactive. I feel they are still liable because the Uber system is not aligned with Uber policies. Conveniently this all occurred during the COVID-19 outbreak and Uber revenues are dow

Uber has been screwing me over ever since I started using their rental services. Uber states that it takes upwards of 2 hours to verify documents related to the vehicle. However, when I first rented a car through the uber/fair partnership, it took uber an entire week to activate the car. This meant I lost an entire 250 dollar investment and had to pay 200 dollars the following week to keep the car. I was unable to make any money and I was out 250 dollars because uber could not verify my car in a timely manner. Next, I rented another car and the same thing happened. Several days went by before they could verify the car’s information even though 2hours is what their customer support states as

After I requested access to drive passengers (I was making deliveries through UberEATS), another background check was conducted that I was unaware of. The background check showed that I have a felony conviction from 1994. It’s been addressed and yet Uber still suspended my driving privileges even though this information was on file from the first background check.
