The release of CD Projekt Red’s highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 has been poorly received on older consoles like the PS4 and Xbox One, with many players finding the game unplayable due to game-breaking bugs and low frame rates.
When the developer initially instructed PS4 and Xbox One players seeking refunds to request them from the marketplace or digital storefront where they purchased the game, PSN customers were denied their refunds. But on Thursday, Sony announced that it will now offer full refunds to those who bought Cyberpunk 2077 on the PlayStation Store. Sign in to redeem your refund here.
Please be aware that after you request a refund, your digital copy of Cyberpunk 2077 will be automatically removed from your PlayStation account.
Unfortunately, customers are already complaining on Twitter that they requested their refunds from Sony four days ago, but have yet to hear anything.
@AskPlayStation it’s been 4 days and I cannot seem to get any response from you guys. What is the deal with cyberpunk refunds? When will I hear more about my request??

If Sony denied or ignored your request for a refund, FairShake can help you file a legal claim through an independent legal process.
We don’t currently accept claims against Nintendo, Microsoft, or Steam, but if you share your complaint here, we will reach out if and when we begin processing claims against them.
