If your bill is still unclear, contact customer service
Calling into customer service won’t always get you what you need. If you aren’t being heard, you can try using arbitration to get Sprint’s attention.
“I chatted with sprint asking them to send the return box for my two leased phones. I chatted 3 times and that caused me to wait because each person said they send what i needed. The third time I chatted I asked if I could just take them to a sprint store. I went to a store that said the system wouldn’t let them take it back and he didn’t know why. He called customer service and was sent around. Until he finally said I needed to call customer service. I finally called spoke with a girl that said no one order me anything and that shouldn’t cancel service or take phone back because I have a balance.”
The chat tool may speed up the process of getting support rather than waiting on long phone hold times.
If you are dialing directly from your Sprint phone simply dial *2 to be forwarded.
