How to Contact CitiGroup Customer Service

If you need to reach CitiGroup banking services, call 1-800-374-9700 or TTY: 1-877-693-0372 for persons with hearing or speech impairments.

For Spanish service call 1-800-360-2484 / TTY: 1-800-945-0258

For general support call 1-888-248-4226 or 210-677-3777 if you are outside the U.S. or 1-800-945-0258 for people with hearing or speech impairments.

CitiGroup provides online customer support, which can be reached by logging onto the online banking portal.

You can also use all the online banking features, including customer service, by downloading the app, which is available on the Google Play Store or the App Store.

Corporate, Commercial and Small Business Customers

If you are a corporate customer, CitiGroup customer service can be reached by visiting its institutional business page. Commercial clients can contact customer service by logging into their commercial banking account.

Mortgage

Military

The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) provides various avenues of protection to service members. If you are an active member of the U.S. military with credit card debt, mortgage payment issues, or other financial problems, contact CitiGroup at 1-877-804-1082 or, if outside the U.S. you may call collect at 1-605-335-2222.
